Sheila Moore, PT, earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Clemson University in 2009 and her Master of Physical Therapy from Western Carolina University in 2011.
With experience across a broad range of clinical settings, Sheila has worked in outpatient clinics, inpatient hospital, short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living physical therapy clinics. She is certified in trigger point dry needling, a technique she utilizes to treat a variety of conditions, including muscle strains, whiplash, concussions, TMJ dysfunction, and chronic pain. She is also a certified Champion Performance Specialist and synthesizes this complete mobility and corrective training system to optimize performance and rehabilitation. This allows her to better serve anyone looking to move and perform better with their daily activities, hobbies, and/or athletic pursuits.
Outside of her professional work, Sheila enjoys spending time with her family and friends, creating and listening to music and art, and playing with the dog and two cats she shares with her husband.
