Clay Gates earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine from Radford University in 2014 and completed his Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA) certification at Riverside College of Health in 2018. He is also a certified specialist in Orthopedic injuries through the APTA.

Gail graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1994. Her immediate goal was to become a Certified Hand Therapist and upon completing the required 5 years of experience in hand therapy she took the exam and became certified.

Prior to this, she earned a Health and Fitness Science degree from Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College, becoming a personal trainer before deciding to go back to school to become a PTA.
