What Our Clients Say
Personal & caring therapist. They listen & are very helpful. I highly recommend Southeastern Physical Therapy.
SEPT Biltmore is awesome! Dr. Clara Stroud is amazing to work with. She is super knowledgeable and very patient. She pays special attention to ensure my stretches and exercises aren’t hurting and she adapts as needed. I’ve really enjoyed working with her! I also love Jordan, the assistant, who has a fun personality and can make me laugh during a hard exercise. They’re a great team.
This was my second time going to SEPT in Fairview, once for my “tennis elbow” and this last time for rotator cuff surgery. All staff there are amazing, they pushed me hard enough to get to where I’m able to use my shoulder again and my surgeon was very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend this facility to everyone and will go there again if I need to.
I broke my back and had set out to get back to a normal life for work and personal activities, like with building our home and back pack camping up the mountains. The employees at every level of the Weaverville location were very knowledgeable and cared about each patient. I learned many new exercises to heal my back, as well as how to correct or replace some exercises I have been doing for years. These improved how I treated my joints that in turn will help my back’s strength and help me be more cautious on how I do workouts in the future. I feel blessed having chosen the Weaverville Southeastern PT and will miss the many staff I encountered there. I’m very thankful I can get back to the things I love to do. Thanks!
I had a fantastic experience at the Weaverville clinic. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping me with my issues. From the PT’s, the PTA’s, the front desk staff, everyone worked to provide me with great care. The facility had everything one could ask for. Can not recommend this team highly enough!
I went to SEPT for a few months following knee surgery and I would recommend this location for anyone in need of physical therapy. I worked mainly with Phillip and Jami, and they were both great! All of the employees there, from the front desk to the PTs and PTAs, are caring people that genuinely wanted to help me improve from my injury. I strongly recommend this place to anyone!
Therapist is caring & friendly. Tech & other staff are too. Feel welcome when you walk in
I always leave feeling a little better than when I got there. Great people 👍💪
A great place! Staff is very caring and compassionate.
Lucas is the best! Knowledgeable and I trust him completely. He has been a major reason I have made such incredible progress after two hip replacements. Highly recommend this team.
Went to the Waynesville location after knee surgery. Julie is a phenomenal physical therapist. I appreciate all the time she took with me, starting from the initial exam. I went from a bending range of 67 degrees to 130 degrees in 9 weeks, 15 visits . Of course, I was a good patient, and did do my exercises at home. While some of the exercises did get boring after a while, having Julie measure my progress every week made it all worth while. I appreciate the personal attention I was given, even while there were other patients there. Christina, Physical Therapy Assistant, was great also. Both were very friendly, made the visits pleasant, we had some great chats. Kelly, at the front desk, always greeted everyone cheerfully! I would highly recommend working with Julie!

SEPT PT in Waynesville is a great place to go for PT. All the staff are just very helpful, knowledgeable, and have fantastic customer service skills. On a scale of 1-5, I’d give them a 10!!! THE BEST. LOL If you’re wanting to get back to 100% of ability, they are the people to go to.

Christine and her assistants are very professional and care completely about my health.
I went to see Maggie Parker, PT, DPT She was absolutely incredible! She took time to see what exercises would work best for me. Maggie was gentle, professional, a great listener and super informative. She also gave me a home program that I can do on my own because we don’t have health insurance. That was a great program that she gave me. I will see her in 2 weeks for my progress report and she will update my home exercise program. Thank you so much Maggie. Looking forward to my next visit! The whole staff there is super friendly!
This review is for the great physical therapy and assistance that is given to my mother at this facility. GREAT JOB!!!!!!

Celeste at SEPT had done great work for me in recovering a damaged ankle years ago. So when I had a total knee replacement we found that Celeste was with SEPT and there immediately.
Her work and focus is still top notch. In addition, the entire staff at SEPT Weaverville have been great to work with. My retraining has been mostly from Celeste and Jamie, but every person we have interacted with has been helpful, considerate and knowledgeable.
Therapist is caring & friendly. Tech & other staff are too. Feel welcome when you walk in
I had a severe frozen shoulder. The folks at SEPT in Black Mountain assessed it competently and, using a variety of modalities, helped me get it back to almost 100%. They were very caring, sensitive, and supportive, as well as insightful and knowledgeable about how to help my shoulder heal. I am very grateful.

Amazing people and that are very good at their jobs would recommend them to family and friends 💯
Following a traumatic injury involving my right femur and my left radius I have been taken care of with expertise and loads of friendliness from the staff of Southeastern PT in Fairview.
My recovery from a total hip replacement has been tremendously successful in large part to the work I did at SEPT. Dr. Maggie is brilliant and fun to work with too. An altogether professional and pleasant staff. Thank you!!
I was seen by the physical therapist in a timely manner but he had a student with him that he wanted to run my evaluation which I declined. I told him my parameters about students and my thoughts and he totally understood the situation and the student was excused from my evaluation. I thought the valuation was right on and understanding the situation and how to go forward.

I was pleased to work with Phillip to regain mobility and strength in my right arm following surgery. He is an experienced, highly credentialed therapist who applied the right balance of clinical knowledge, patience and persistence, and positive encouragement to help me over the course of 3 months of PT. Front-desk personnel and assistants were terrific also–thanks to JoAnne and Danny. An added bonus is the location if you live or work in the Reynolds/Fairview area of Asheville.

Not just for the old folks! … unless you’re under 32, then I’m old too… anyway, Brian and Vanessa here really helped me out. I do alot of whitewater paddling and was having incredible shoulder pain. They got me in, set goals to get me pain free back on the water and they were accomplished. Still following workouts that they sent me off with after graduation and still getting better. Thanks!

The very knowledgable staff offers high quality, patient friendly physical therapy. A lively environment makes going to PT an enjoyable experience. The staff is professional and serious about providing the best quality care.
PT is good, but still have very bad back pain. There is only one PT in there I liked. The only female in there . She knows her stuff. I have one complaint is if you use the equipment it is not cleaned after someone was done using it. I took my own Santitizer in and cleaned before and after. They did not finish my visits out because I complained. They let me go after my second round of visits. I had 4 left. Seeking another PT for next time.

A great place! Staff is very caring and compassionate.
My son had an concussion, had headaches for over a month. Was referred here, and the staff was great, very friendly. Worked with him an hour each time he went, and gave him home exercises. I can tell a huge difference. My sons headaches are gone, doing lots better in school. And it was very easy to get appts that worked around our schedule.
i am so happy that lucas has been my therapist. i was in so much debilitating pain. within a week of starting therapy, my symptoms started to subside and in a month i was pain free. he understood when i told him that i needed to go slowly even tho i was progressing fast. after all i am 79. what i liked most about him is that he LISTENS to my feedback and then chose appropriate stretches and explained what they were helping- to get me where i needed to be. things i couldnt do at all in the beginning, i can now do easily and without pain. lucas is INSIGHTFUL and understanding of a persons limits and i think his greatest point is that he actually LISTENS to feedback. he surely is a gem!!!!
Always wanting to make you feel better never had a bad experience.
The staff are awesome. They work together as a team and you get a great plan of care. Fantastic place if you need PT.
Lucas is the best! Knowledgeable and I trust him completely. He has been a major reason I have made such incredible progress after two hip replacements. Highly recommend this team.
Professional, clean, safe, talented team.
I have been treated at SE Physical Therapy for 3 different joint problems and would easily return to them for the next issue. Each therapist has shown a great competence in treating my issues and helping me to work towards my goals . We have worked on strengthening, balance, pain control and endurance. I enjoy their creativity in the exercises we do and their interest in my condition and treatment. I also enjoy seeing the interns there as part of their education and see how the therapists include them in the daily routine. Thanks to all the staff for what you do. It’s time for SE PT to move to a larger building/space as you seem to be a popular hang out, meaning the business is treating a lot of clients. Even before COVID caused people to practice social distancing, it was crowded. Hopefully this is in the future strategic planning.
The staff is awesome and professional. They listen to your concerns and address them. They are the best.
Great place for your physical therapy needs. Highly recommend!!

I have been a patient of Southeastern Physical Therapy since April 2018. My physical therapy needs involve multiple areas of the body and I also have a complication of a rare, pain related disease.
I have worked with all of the therapists and techs and they are all top-notch. The exercises are all beneficial in every aspect. I have improved so much and I am looking forward to improving more.
The front desk staff is wonderful as well and will brighten your day.
My care provider was very attentive and helpful. She took a lot of time evaluating my pain and beginning a plan to recovery.

Exceptional treatment!
Wonderful staff and worlds of knowledge!
I received physical therapy at the Southeastern – Fairview location.
The PT’s name was Phillip and he was really amazing!!! I can’t tell you how comfortable he made me feel and his assessment of my problem was spot on! I was feeling better in the first couple of weeks.
He explained what he was doing as he was doing it which I greatly appreciated.
Beyond the Physical Therapist, the other office staff were amazing and inviting. When you walked in the building it felt like you were visiting family or a good friend.
I would recommend this location to anyone!!! Especially if you’re kind of afraid and it’s your first time experiencing PT. This office was very welcoming .

I can’t say enough good things about the great staff at Southeastern Physical Therapy on Charlotte Street. Mike, Steve, Sarah and Lisa are uniformly kind, funny, informative, motivating and patient. They managed to take me from pain and limited mobility to a point where my ankle injury has healed and is stronger and more stable than before. While I worked primarily with Mike and was helped immensely by the recovery plan he instituted. I also worked a couple of times with Steve when Mike was unavailable and received the same treatment from him. You’re in good hands all-around with this tight-knit group.

I highly recommend this location! Very friendly and relaxed staff, easy to access location right next to the delicious City Bakery. Mike, the PT, provides remarkable care while being easy to talk to and is highly skilled and committed to his patient’s recoveries. Thank you team!
Dr Phillip Adams is a qualified, gifted therapist. My mobility and strength have improved greatly under his detailed and progressive therapy plan for me. Phillip is attentive and personable, and I am grateful to have been under his very capable care.
I just finished up twenty PT sessions at the Fairview location after having a partial knee replacement. My experience was phenominal with the right balance of clinical expertise, good doses of encouragement, logical explanations to my questions and pushing me physically to reach full flexibility and health. Phillip, Kim and Joanne were real humans that made the journey a fun one. Thanks!

Professional staff. Experienced PHysical Therapists who carefully go over in detail with what your physician suggests you need in advancing your well being. I walked in with pain and a limp, using cane. They strengthened my core, gave me stretches to work on daily at home to relieve arthritis in my hips. After working closely with this group, my cane is no longer used and I feel stronger and am certainly grateful beyond! Highly recommend! They sincerely are full of empathy and care.

I highly recommend the therapy at SE PT, in the Fairview office. Dr. Parker is so professional and has developed a very effective therapy program for me. I have improved so significantly in 2 months. After my PT sessions, Dr. Parker gave me all the exercises to work on at home. Thank you for all your efforts and help.
I went here for PT after a total knee replacement revision. This location was recommended by neighbors. I was very pleased with my experience. The staff was very professional and friendly. My sessions got me to improve from hobbling along with a walker to going back to my exercise classes at the gym. Great job by them all around!

Some months ago, I woke up and found I couldn’t walk without serious pain in my lower back. Then: my doctor, surgical spine consult, MRI, cortisone injection, and the pain persisted. And then: physical therapy with Southeastern Physical Therapy! PT? I’ll admit I was skeptical. But now, several months later, the pain is gone, and I’ve graduated! I have a set of balance and core-strengthening exercises I learned at PT, and do (almost) every day. In addition to banishing the pain, the exercises enhance some obvious components of well-being. My knowledgeable and dedicated trainer and coach was Mike P. Kudos to Southeastern and Mike! I highly recommend them!

i am so happy that lucas has been my therapist. i was in so much debilitating pain. within a week of starting therapy, my symptoms started to subside and in a month i was pain free. he understood when i told him that i needed to go slowly even tho i was progressing fast. after all i am 79. what i liked most about him is that he LISTENS to my feedback and then chose appropriate stretches and explained what they were helping- to get me where i needed to be. things i couldnt do at all in the beginning, i can now do easily and without pain. lucas is INSIGHTFUL and understanding of a persons limits and i think his greatest point is that he actually LISTENS to feedback. he surely is a gem!!!!

I came in to regain wrist mobility, after I broke my wrist and got off my cast. After six weeks of PT at that center, I feel completely re-habilitated and was able to comfortably get into my kayak and go for a two hour paddle on a creek yesterday and even fight an unusually low tide mud challenge. The center is clean, spacious, and offers full view of the mountains which patients can enjoy while working out. Rachel, the cheerful receptionist, quickly got me in and provided me with a rolling schedule which she would print out for me, upon changes. I worked with Sarah and Walter, the senior PT, and quickly made progress through their guidance and gentle push approach. They answered all my questions and i had fun working with them. I definitely recommend this place to anyone. This is a professional, competent, compassionate and fun team to work with.

I recently underwent four months of rehabilitation following shoulder surgery. I have nothing but the highest praise for the positive and friendly team at Southeastern Physical Therapy. Setting up appointments to fit into my schedule was quick and easy with Matt at the front desk. Jason supervised my exercises at times and always applied the cold/heat wraps with electrical stimulation at the end of each session. However, the best part of the rehab experience was the knowledge demonstrated by lead therapist Shaughnesy. She always knew what degree of flexibility I should have, what exercises I should be doing, and with how much weight or resistance (using bands) according to the number of days following my surgery. She also knew which exercises would give me the most discomfort (she was always right) which proved to me she knew her stuff. Each rehab session was pre-planned and nothing was done that wasn’t specifically designed to advance the healing process. Everything was based on her personal experience with previous patients and on well documented medical studies on my specific injury. Even though at times I reached a point where I didn’t feel like I was progressing, it was comforting to hear Shaughnesy say that according to the medical data, I was right where I should be. I would highly recommend Southern Physical Therapy for any rehabilitation you may need.

I have been to the Weaverville location and loved it!
Many physical issues were treated, as well as providing help with a rare pain disease.
Great service…great price…great location!
Very kind, friendly, hard-working, knowledgeable team. Every staff person I had contact with was great. Celeste, who was overseeing my care is an excellent Physical Therapist. I highly recommend the Weaverville site. Won’t hesitate to return in the future if I should need them.
Hi,
My husband had suffered a quad injury from when a physical therapist at Angel of Mercy gave him an elbow massage in 2014. He was referred to Southeastern by our physician after a hip replacement. He met with Brenden before the surgery. He went for physical therapy personally guided by Brenden. He is walking without a cane now. Thank you Brenden and the rest of the staff who helped in his recovery!
Therapist is caring & friendly. Tech & other staff are too. Feel welcome when you walk in
The utmost in care and compassion for their patients. Every staff member is friendly, outgoing and dedicated to the healing of the patient. They work you hard and with care and the results prove how outstanding they are. I had a total knee replacement and when my wife needed PT after ankle surgery this was the only facility we would consider. These folks are the best of the best and an asset to Black Mountain.

The SEPT Black Mountain team is AWESOME! I have been amazed by the amount of back and knee pain relief I have experienced, as well as the strength and confidence I have gained, under the competent and attentive therapy provided by Phillip and Jim. The thoughtfulness and compassion shown by Lisa and Tom are also greatly appreciated. I have never felt treated like just a number there, but rather as a unique individual with needs not necessarily like everyone else’s. I cannot thank this team enough for caring so much and I highly recommend them to everyone!
Great place for your physical therapy needs. Highly recommend!!
Great staff that do their jobs well!
The staff is very professional with a friendly atmosphere. Great to work with. Careful assessment
of individual needs and plans to meet those needs for each problem.
Great people! I am very satisfied with my experience with Lucas and Amber
Had rehab for two problems the last two summers – very bad pulled hamstring and sciatic nerve. In both cases the staff was up front and said it would be a process. Work with us and you can get thru it. The whole staff was professional and first class. I am back to 100 percent and can participate in multiple physical activities. I would highly recommend Southeastern PT. Just have patience.
Personal & caring therapist. They listen & are very helpful. I highly recommend Southeastern Physical Therapy.
Very friendly and knowledgeable. Great help with recovery.
Amazing people and that are very good at their jobs would recommend them to family and friends 💯
Christine at Southeastern Physical Therapy was great to work with. I had TMJ problems– my mouth locked up, then wouldn’t open very wide. Christine listened to my concerns and was excellent as far as Covid precautions. She gave me exercises and stretches to do at home, which I did. She also used a tool on the problem area to massage along my face—this also helped tremendously. I like how well she communicated and the way she answered my questions. Also really helpful were the printouts with steps on exercises or stretches we had gone over. I would get home and not be sure how she’d had me do something, but the printouts reminded me. One time when I emailed with a question, she responded, then also called to make certain my question was fully answered and I understood. I highly recommend Christine at Southeastern Physical Therapy.
Christine has been so amazing. I really appreciate her attention to detail by laying out a personal plan for my recovery. Her handouts for my treatments are easy to follow and very effective. It would be most important to also mention her compassion as she is so aware of the struggles her patients face as she tailors her treatments to achieve success in the recovery process. In my opinion Christine is a rock star and words can not express how much I appreciate her efforts to help me achieve and succeed my goals.
Excellent help!
I give Christine and crew 5 stars! Very informative and helpful! Feeling better everyday!

Great place and great PT Specialist and staff. They are always friendly and welcoming when I walk in. They are helpful with making sure I understood the exercises and stretches that I needed to to do at home and even gave me pictures of what they look like, so that if I forget I can look at them. It was a good experience
Excellent physical therapy location. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. Great place to do therapy and get the best results! My PT progressed perfectly and pain management greatly improved. Much better results than other similar facilities. Highly recommend!

Their all very friendly. The facility is very clean and organized. Staff clean equipment immediately after a patient is done using it.
Everyone who works at Southeastern Physical Therapy are kind, professional, welcoming and genuine. They all work as a team and truly care about their client’s well-being and reaching the goals designed specifically for you. As a Registered Nurse of 30 years, I have been very impressed with their skills and integrating the best program to improve my mobility and movement. I highly recommend SPT!

The best PT I have ever received. The crew is very knowledgeable and without them I would not been able to move my shoulder. I would highly recommend them.
Julie is very knowledgeable and experienced. Her analysis of my injury and physical condition was spot on, and it was immediately apparent that she knew to be careful in approaching the kinds and manner of exercises to assist without causing additional issues. (My doctor warned me about potentially aggravating my condition, and due to sports injuries in my youth and my upper 70’s age I have been around a lot of doctors and therapists.) Not only was Julie phenomenal, the entire staff was helpful and welcoming. I recommend them highly.
Personal & caring therapist. They listen & are very helpful. I highly recommend Southeastern Physical Therapy.

Highly-skilled Physical therapy without the pain and stress. They let you go at your own pace. A very healing and compassionate vibe to the place. I dreaded PT and now I look forward to my sessions.

Very friendly and encouraging team of professionals. You can tell they love what they do and the people the work with. A great place to go if you need help healing.
Thanks!
Very friendly.
Feel welcome when you walk in
I came here after surgery for a massive rotator cuff tear. VERY painful. The surgeon said the injury was in the very worst category and I had to be very careful or I could re-injure the shoulder He made me wait over a month to start therapy. Needless to say, I was nervous about starting therapy at all, for fear they might make things worse.
I was pleasantly surprised at the concern and care by everyone and Walter seemed to have a clear understanding of the surgery and how important it was to start the recovery process slowly.
I have been having 2 sessions per week for about 3 weeks now and I am amazed at my recovery. The exercises and stretches have been perfect for my issue and I always seem to feel better after therapy. I was told this week that we are past the “danger-zone” (of re-injury) and can now begin the strengthening phase.
We chose this practice because of their great reputation and a recommendation by a medical professional in the area and have not been disappointed. As an added bonus, the view out the windows of the mountains is amazing!
Great folks and great care !
I have really felt comfortable there even before my appointment. The lady at the front desk was so nice as she was making my appointment. Everyone has been so nice to me which makes doing physical therapy easier to do! Thank you for your kindness!
The staff is wonderful! Extremely professional and very friendly. I am very grateful that I am receiving PT there.
I always leave feeling a little better than when I got there. Great people 👍💪
Kind. Helpful. Friendly. Slowly and carefully assist. Encouraging.
July 15 of this year, I injured back in lots of pain . Had doubts about physical therapy, in the beginning alot pain my in back ,legs ,knees Honestly hurt everywhere, The entire staff have been completely the main source of relieving my pain, from 10++ to awesome 3 Thanks
Excellent care. Great team at SEPT.
This is a great team working together. Jesse is my therapist and she is very compassionate and encourages me to do what is right for my knee. I am glad I chose this facility for my physical therapy.
My experience was very positive. The therapist was very gentle, kind and friendly and the therapy really helped relieve my pain. The receptionist was very kind and helpful as well. I highly recommend Southeastern Physical Therapy to anyone who’s had a debilitating injury.
Great people to deal with. Very understanding, friendly, and helpful.
The staff is very professional with a friendly atmosphere. Great to work with. Careful assessment
of individual needs and plans to meet those needs for each problem.
Great people! I am very satisfied with my experience with Lucas and Amber
Excellent physical therapy practice. The therapists there know what they are doing, and they truly care about their patients!
Very friendly and knowledgeable. Great help with recovery.
I went to the site in Biltmore and it was great – very COVID-friendly, with just a few people in the large building at a time. Christine Dana is a wonderful PT, making sure that you understand what is going on and what she is working with you to address. She’s seen three generations of my family now (I’m the youngest and have no excuse), and remembers everyone’s name, she makes exercises fun and easy to remember, and she is constantly looking for ways to work with you given the constraints of your budget, abilities, and environment. It was wonderful and I am glad to be back on my feet!
Easy to schedule. Excellent care. Patients are made to feel like part of the family!
Christine is amazing! She takes the time to get to the root of the problem and sets up a clear plan for therapy both in the office and at home. Her staff is also extremely personable and friendly making office visits pleasant! I would not go anywhere else for physical therapy!
Christine is professional and knowledgeable and kind. Who can ask for more in the healing process?
Excellent help!
I give Christine and crew 5 stars! Very informative and helpful! Feeling better everyday!
I’ve had a terrific experience with my physical therapy. Knowledgeable and caring staff and really helped me work thymus lower back injury.
I have had an excellent experience here following knee replacement surgery. Over the course of many weeks of therapy, I have found Phillip and the team to be professional, highly skilled, and very encouraging. The atmosphere is positive and friendly. I highly recommend them! In fact, I’ll be starting here again following a second knee replacement surgery soon!
I initially picked the Fairview location because it was close to my house and I am glad I did. I felt welcome and “at home” every time I had PT. Phillip, Kim and occasionally Maggie were always there to greet you with a smile ( through their masks) and make sure you weren’t in pain. I finished my therapy last week and was sad because I knew I would not see my PT family on a regular basis anymore. I highly recommend SESM in Fairview, could not ask for a better group of people!!
So far I really like this physical therapy
I get great one-on-one attention here. Maggie is knowledgeable and thorough. It is a very comfortable atmosphere which makes the work a lot easier to do.
Highly-skilled Physical therapy without the pain and stress. They let you go at your own pace. A very healing and compassionate vibe to the place. I dreaded PT and now I look forward to my sessions.
Went here for right leg pain with calf spasms. Maggie Parker and her team did a great job. From the moment I walked in the door till I left, I felt welcomed. They heled with my needs and concerns, Gave me a verity of things I can continue to do at home. They always had a smile and an encouraging word. I have and will continue to recommend this group for any Physical Therapy needs.
Maggie and her staff are great. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. The office is kept very clean. I definitely recommend them.
My recovery from a total hip replacement has been tremendously successful in large part to the work I did at SEPT. Dr. Maggie is brilliant and fun to work with too. An altogether professional and pleasant staff. Thank you!!
Great folks to work with, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and truly caring.
I’m 38 and had both my hips replaced a few months ago. In a matter of 8 weeks Brenden and Brian set me up with a home workout regimen For the days I was not seeing them. I own a farm so every day without mobility is another day my work doesn’t get done. I am amazed at how well they did at eliminating years of knee pain due to my deteriorating hips. I highly recommend southeast PT to anyone in a similar situation as myself. Thank you Brenden,Brian,Rochelle and Jake. 5 stars all the way!!
Dylan Sheedy was very nice and the fact that he is bilingual made my therapies easier even If I do speak English I like the idea that Hispanic people can go with a professional without asking for an interpreter. He is very patient and a good listener. I also like the building has much natural light and peaceful atmosphere .
Great folks that care about your injuries and progress !!!
Therapists are great, work with you on your level. It’s ok to not be ok physically.
I have been going to Southeastern Physical Therapy ay Weaverville for several weeks this time. Very impressed with two young men, Dylan and Bryan. They have been nothing but good and nice each time. They have helped me and we have accomplished a lot. Certainly both patient and mannerly with me and other clients and employees. My plans after my personal health problems are over is to return if necessary to these same therapist.
I broke my back and had set out to get back to a normal life for work and personal activities, like with building our home and back pack camping up the mountains. I had a knee replacement , and was so glad I found this group. A great team of physical therapists that encouraged and supported me throughout my rehab. I will return to this location when I have my other knee replaced. I strongly recommend this location…
Superb team!
This is my 2nd time utilizing the talents at this clinic.. and I’m beyond grateful for the attention this team shows their clients.. not only do I feel better after each visit.. I look forward to going just to see their smiles and enjoy their winning personalities.. I can’t thank Tyler, Lucas and Danny enough for getting me back to where I need to be so quickly! You guys are the real MVPs.
The staff here are wonderful to work with.
Therapist is caring & friendly. Tech & other staff are too. Feel welcome when you walk in
Walter is attentive to symptoms and immediately gets to work with you on addressing the root of the problem.

Kind. Helpful. Friendly. Slowly and carefully assist. Encouraging.
I have been attending aquatic physical therapy, following knee replacement surgery, led by Kelly Eisenhower at your Hendersonville facility.
I can’t say enough good things about Kelley and her therapy style. She has helped me make genuine progress–after others did not–which has led to progress in my rehabiliation. Kelley provides clear direction in a relaxed calm manner that helps keep me motivated. She provides helpful feedback and suggestions in a positive way.
Overall, she’s excellent at her job and a true asset both to me and to your organization.
Thank you,
Chris Pelly

Went for physical therapy after an injury at work, it helped some and the staff was great but I still had some issues so I had surgery. Went back after surgery and it definitely helped, gained some strength back, I’m still healing but pt helped a whole lot to get me to where I am now. Thank you Travis!

Great staff that do their jobs well!
Got me back to playing golf again. Outstanding staff
Professional, clean, safe, talented team.

The staff is awesome and professional. They listen to your concerns and address them. They are the best.
Friendly efficient staff.
Great people to deal with. Very understanding, friendly, and helpful.
Great place for your physical therapy needs. Highly recommend!!

Great staff that do their jobs well!
Went for physical therapy after an injury at work, it helped some and the staff was great but I still had some issues so I had surgery. Went back after surgery and it definitely helped, gained some strength back, I’m still healing but pt helped a whole lot to get me to where I am now. Thank you Travis!
The very knowledgable staff offers high quality, patient friendly physical therapy. A lively environment makes going to PT an enjoyable experience. The staff is professional and serious about providing the best quality care.
Awesome Staff. I would highly recommend!
I have visited 3 times and each time it’s been an encouraging experience as I work through my therapy. Travis has been considerate of my abilities and helped me move forward as I recover.
Got me back to playing golf again. Outstanding staff
Great people to deal with. Very understanding, friendly, and helpful.
Excellent physical therapy practice. The therapists there know what they are doing, and they truly care about their patients!
So happy with my treatment at the Hazelwood office. The staff are kind and positive and push you to continue to improve.
The staff of SEPT are professional and sincerely concerned about their clients progress. If something causes pain they back off, but they do expect you to push yourself as you are able. I have had great results wioth their help!!

Friendly efficient staff.
The staff is very professional with a friendly atmosphere. Great to work with. Careful assessment
of individual needs and plans to meet those needs for each problem.
Best place with the best people. Can’t brag enough on how well I was taken care of.
Personal & caring therapist. They listen & are very helpful. I highly recommend Southeastern Physical Therapy.
Very friendly and knowledgeable. Great help with recovery.
The best PT I have ever received. The crew is very knowledgeable and without them I would not been able to move my shoulder. I would highly recommend them.
The Therapist, Assistants and office personnel care about your recovery and wellness because it shows. I would highly recommend this facility to my family and friends.

I received excellent care from Michael at the North Asheville location. His attention to detail is awesome!
Thorough care, friendly staff, and easy to get appointments at the times I needed them.
Awesome Staff. I would highly recommend!
I highly recommend this location! Very friendly and relaxed staff, easy to access location right next to the delicious City Bakery. Mike, the PT, provides remarkable care while being easy to talk to and is highly skilled and committed to his patient’s recoveries. Thank you team!
Exceptional treatment!
Wonderful staff and worlds of knowledge!
All around an excellent experience. Everyone, from Mike (PT), support staff, and front desk, was superb. They were kind, funny, responsive, and supportive throughout my 5 months of physical therapy. The physical therapy was comprehensive and helped immensely with my rehabilitation. They took the time to do it right and they asked the questions that made it work.
So happy with my treatment at the Hazelwood office. The staff are kind and positive and push you to continue to improve.

I absolutely love the whole staff at 80 Charlotte Street. They do awesome work. They are down to earth, understanding, empathetic, and patient. Thank you for your excellent service!
I’ve had a terrific experience with my physical therapy. Knowledgeable and caring staff and really helped me work thymus lower back injury.
Love this Charlotte Street Southeastern physical therapy office staff. They are gentle and patient with clients because they really want you to get you better. This is the best therapy office I have ever encountered. Thank you Lisa, Sarah, Steve, and definitely Mike. If at all possible, if I ever need therapy this is where I will always go.
Julie is very knowledgeable and experienced. Her analysis of my injury and physical condition was spot on, and it was immediately apparent that she knew to be careful in approaching the kinds and manner of exercises to assist without causing additional issues. Not only was Julie phenomenal, the entire staff was helpful and welcoming. I recommend them highly.
I’ve had a lot of PT over many years and never have I worked with a more knowledgeable and talented team of therapists. After 20+ years and a half dozen surgeries I am near pain-free thanks to one excellent surgeon and three outstanding PT professionals. Steve, Sarah and Mike are patient, persistent, motivating and encouraging; and Lisa is kind and effective at keeping up the business end.
On top of all that they’re just great folks. For me PT always fell somewhere between a bore and chore, whereas SEPT was very nearly the social event of the week. Don’t get me wrong – it’s still PT and it’s still tough – but they’ll strive to make it a positive experience.
In summary: If I ever need PT again, I’ll get it here if I have to drive 100 miles to do it.
Personal & caring therapist. They listen & are very helpful. I highly recommend Southeastern Physical Therapy.
Very friendly and knowledgeable. Great help with recovery.
Dr Phillip Adams is a qualified, gifted therapist. My mobility and strength have improved greatly under his detailed and progressive therapy plan for me. Phillip is attentive and personable, and I am grateful to have been under his very capable care.
Christine is amazing to work with. I truly appreciate the dedicated time and attention with each visit. Plus the icing machine and tens therapy after the session is the bomb diggity. Highly recommend.
Positive words on the wall. Great space, great location. excellent staf. One stop shop therapy. grocery shop, bank and post office.
Very knowledgeable, very professional and certious. The therapist has planned my program for me to not only to recover from the surgery but to strength the whole person. I would recommend them to anyone who needs therapy.
All of the staff at Southeastern are exceptionally caring and professional each and every time you are there. I’d give them 10 stars if possible.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Dr Phillip, Kim and Andrea made my PT experience great.
have only had the PT evaluation, but it was thorough, and completed by a knowledgeable therapist. highly recommend!
Christine is absolutely amazing at helping people heal and be healthy! Thank you much!
Thanks!
Christine and her assistants are very professional and care completely about my health.
I have nothing but great things to say about Christine and her staff at SEPT-Biltmore! They are kind from the moment you walk in the door and offer a relaxed and inviting atmosphere for everyone I’ve seen. They work very closely to achieving your goals without being over-bearing and keep you informed each step of the way of that progress. Anyone actively looking for PT should definitely give SEPT-Biltomore a try!
Following a traumatic injury involving my right femur and my left radius I have been taken care of with expertise and loads of friendliness from the staff of Southeastern PT in Fairview.
Easy to schedule. Excellent care. Patients are made to feel like part of the family!
Such Kind And Capable Staff ! Very Caring And Understanding ! They Helped Me Get My Tens Unit, Thanks To Maggie, And The Young Man Was So Carry, He Even Walked Me To My Car ! I’m Looking Forward To My Next Visit ! Loved Them !
Christine is amazing! She takes the time to get to the root of the problem and sets up a clear plan for therapy both in the office and at home. Her staff is also extremely personable and friendly making office visits pleasant! I would not go anywhere else for physical therapy!
Great Experience recovering from a back injury. Maggie was great at guiding me through recovery and letting me know what to do at home to help in that. All staff was super friendly and welcoming.
The facility and all staff were excellent. The personal care plan that Maggie created for me produced immediate improvement and by discharge time, my symptoms were almost completely gone. I continued to improve and now have no pain. (patient name – Barry Watson)
The people at Southeastern Physical Therapy have made me feel comfortable fast! I was so nervous about starting PT, but Maggie and everyone else have made it easy to feel safe and capable. I will continue coming here, and I really enjoy it too! They’re personable and easy to like.
So far I really like this physical therapy
Christine is professional and knowledgeable and kind. Who can ask for more in the healing process?
I get great one-on-one attention here. Maggie is knowledgeable and thorough. It is a very comfortable atmosphere which makes the work a lot easier to do.
Excellent help!
Highly-skilled Physical therapy without the pain and stress. They let you go at your own pace. A very healing and compassionate vibe to the place. I dreaded PT and now I look forward to my sessions.
I give Christine and crew 5 stars! Very informative and helpful! Feeling better everyday!
I highly recommend the therapy at SE PT, in the Fairview office. Dr. Parker is so professional and has developed a very effective therapy program for me. I have improved so significantly in 2 months. After my PT sessions, Dr. Parker gave me all the exercises to work on at home. Thank you for all your efforts and help.
excellent people to work with
I received excellent care from Michael at the North Asheville location. His attention to detail is awesome!
Maggie and her staff are great. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. The office is kept very clean. I definitely recommend them.
Thorough care, friendly staff, and easy to get appointments at the times I needed them.
My recovery from a total hip replacement has been tremendously successful in large part to the work I did at SEPT. Dr. Maggie is brilliant and fun to work with too. An altogether professional and pleasant staff. Thank you!!

I highly recommend this location! Very friendly and relaxed staff, easy to access location right next to the delicious City Bakery. Mike, the PT, provides remarkable care while being easy to talk to and is highly skilled and committed to his patient’s recoveries. Thank you team!
Exceptional treatment!
Wonderful staff and worlds of knowledge!
Very friendly and encouraging team of professionals. You can tell they love what they do and the people the work with. A great place to go if you need help healing.

I’ve had a terrific experience with my physical therapy. Knowledgeable and caring staff and really helped me work thymus lower back injury.
Steady improvement in my shoulder has been a great comfort to me. Very conscientious care from my therapist has been the key and motivated me greatly.

I have been to the Weaverville location and loved it!
Many physical issues were treated, as well as providing help with a rare pain disease.
Positive words on the wall. Great space, great location. excellent staf. One stop shop therapy. grocery shop, bank and post office.
Very knowledgeable, very professional and certious. The therapist has planned my program for me to not only to recover from the surgery but to strength the whole person. I would recommend them to anyone who needs therapy.
Hi,
My husband had suffered a quad injury from when a physical therapist at Angel of Mercy gave him an elbow massage in 2014. He was referred to Southeastern by our physician after a hip replacement. He met with Brenden before the surgery. He went for physical therapy personally guided by Brenden. He is walking without a cane now. Thank you Brenden and the rest of the staff who helped in his recovery!
I went here for PT after a total knee replacement revision. This location was recommended by neighbors. I was very pleased with my experience. The staff was very professional and friendly. My sessions got me to improve from hobbling along with a walker to going back to my exercise classes at the gym. Great job by them all around!
I initially picked the Fairview location because it was close to my house and I am glad I did. I felt welcome and “at home” every time I had PT. Great group of people who care about
there patients.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Dr Phillip, Kim and Andrea made my PT experience great.
The staff at SouthEastern PT are kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I’m enjoying my road to recovery. Thank you SE PT.
From the minute you enter the facility until the time you complete your physical therapy treatments and you are treated with dignity respect and professionalism. The entire staff is there to see that you get the best treatment possible and do it in a way that encourages and motivates you to do your best there and at home. The results that will exceed your expectations, because they know what they are doing and work with you as an individual. there is no cookie cutter PT practiced here.
Thanks!

I would recommend this location to anyone!!! Especially if you’re kind of afraid and it’s your first time experiencing PT. This office was very welcoming .
Thanks!
Following a traumatic injury involving my right femur and my left radius I have been taken care of with expertise and loads of friendliness from the staff of Southeastern PT in Fairview.
Great Experience recovering from a back injury. Maggie was great at guiding me through recovery and letting me know what to do at home to help in that. All staff was super friendly and welcoming.
This review is for the great physical therapy and assistance that is given to my mother at this facility. GREAT JOB!!!!!!
I had knee surgery in May. This place was recommended by a friend of mine. They really have helped me. They won’t let you give up. They will give you pointers on some things you can do at home. They staff is very friendly.
So far I really like this physical therapy
I get great one-on-one attention here. Maggie is knowledgeable and thorough. It is a very comfortable atmosphere which makes the work a lot easier to do.
These folks are experts, friendly and helpful. They took me from painful and limited motion to excellent function in 6 weeks! Highly recommended.
Everyone that I have had dealings with has been really nice. They exhibit a level of expertise that is reassuring that my health issue will improve. These folks know what they are doing! Caring, personable and thorough.
I took a bad fall and broke my hip (age 69) and had a replacement. Began PT with Samantha, Dylan and Maggie. They were all wonderful; got me on a good schedule combined with home exercises. They were very professional and engaged in my healing, and catered my exercises to my passions (gardening, whitewater boating.) I was released today to go on and enjoy my life, being careful of course. Thank you all so much!!!
Thank you!!
Therapists are great, work with you on your level. It’s ok to not be ok physically.
Very friendly and encouraging team of professionals. You can tell they love what they do and the people the work with. A great place to go if you need help healing.
Thanks!
Steady improvement in my shoulder has been a great comfort to me. Very conscientious care from my therapist has been the key and motivated me greatly.
Very friendly.
Great folks to work with, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and truly caring.
I have been to the Weaverville location and loved it!
Many physical issues were treated, as well as providing help with a rare pain disease.
I went here for PT after a total knee replacement revision. This location was recommended by neighbors. I was very pleased with my experience. The staff was very professional and friendly. My sessions got me to improve from hobbling along with a walker to going back to my exercise classes at the gym. Great job by them all around!
Great group of people who care about
there patients.

This is a great Therapy Team. They go above and beyond for each individuals care.
Thank You !!!!
Feel welcome when you walk in
The utmost in care and compassion for their patients.
I had a great experience with Luke and Trevor at the BM facility. They pushed me to get me back on track after a full knee replacement! They encouraged me and supported me through the entire ordeal.
The guys are very nice, caring professionals. I got very sick on my first visit and Walter couldn’t have been nicer. He got me a cold pack and a wet cloth for my face and neck. If you need physical therapy I highly recommend Southeastern Physical Therapy.
I have been a patient since middle of August. The therapist are wonderful, so is all the supportive staff. They truly care about you and want to help you get back to your maximum potential. Their all very friendly. The facility is very clean and organized. Staff clean equipment immediately after a patient is done using it.
Everyone here is super nice and friendly and they have fun while they do work
Walter is attentive to symptoms and immediately gets to work with you on addressing the root of the problem.
The staff is wonderful! Extremely professional and very friendly. I am very grateful that I am receiving PT there.
I always leave feeling a little better than when I got there. Great people 👍💪
I have been treated at SE Physical Therapy for 3 different joint problems and would easily return to them for the next issue.
This is a great team working together. Jesse is my therapist and she is very compassionate and encourages me to do what is right for my knee. I am glad I chose this facility for my physical therapy.
I have visited 3 times and each time it’s been an encouraging experience as I work through my therapy. Travis has been considerate of my abilities and helped me move forward as I recover.
Great people to deal with. Very understanding, friendly, and helpful.
The staff is very professional with a friendly atmosphere. Great to work with. Careful assessment
of individual needs and plans to meet those needs for each problem.
Got me back to playing golf again. Outstanding staff
So happy with my treatment at the Hazelwood office. The staff are kind and positive and push you to continue to improve.
The staff of SEPT are professional and sincerely concerned about their clients progress. If something causes pain they back off, but they do expect you to push yourself as you are able. I have had great results wioth their help!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Great help with recovery.
Christine is amazing to work with. I truly appreciate the dedicated time and attention with each visit. Plus the icing machine and tens therapy after the session is the bomb diggity. Highly recommend.
Christine is professional and knowledgeable and kind. Who can ask for more in the healing process?
Excellent help!
I give Christine and crew 5 stars! Very informative and helpful! Feeling better everyday!
Very knowledgeable, very professional and certious. The therapist has planned my program for me to not only to recover from the surgery but to strength the whole person. I would recommend them to anyone who needs therapy.
So far I really like this physical therapy
I get great one-on-one attention here. Maggie is knowledgeable and thorough. It is a very comfortable atmosphere which makes the work a lot easier to do.

I highly recommend the therapy at SE PT, in the Fairview office. Dr. Parker is so professional and has developed a very effective therapy program for me. I have improved so significantly in 2 months.

The staff is awesome and professional. They listen to your concerns and address them. They are the best.
Great place for your physical therapy needs. Highly recommend!!
Best place with the best people. Can’t brag enough on how well I was taken care of.
The best PT I have ever received. The crew is very knowledgeable and without them I would not been able to move my shoulder. I would highly recommend them.
The very knowledgable staff offers high quality, patient friendly physical therapy. A lively environment makes going to PT an enjoyable experience. The staff is professional and serious about providing the best quality care.
Got me back to playing golf again. Outstanding staff
Excellent physical therapy practice. The therapists there know what they are doing, and they truly care about their patients!
Friendly efficient staff.
The Therapist, Assistants and office personnel care about your recovery and wellness because it shows. I would highly recommend this facility to my family and friends.
Wonderful caring staff. I am so happy i chose to go here
Went to the Waynesville location after knee surgery.
Awesome Staff. I would highly recommend!

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Great help with recovery.
Christine is amazing to work with. I truly appreciate the dedicated time and attention with each visit. Plus the icing machine and tens therapy after the session is the bomb diggity. Highly recommend.
All of the staff at Southeastern are exceptionally caring and professional each and every time you are there. I’d give them 10 stars if possible.
have only had the PT evaluation, but it was thorough, and completed by a knowledgeable therapist. highly recommend!
Christine is absolutely amazing at helping people heal and be healthy! Thank you much!
Christine and her assistants are very professional and care completely about my health.
Christine is professional and knowledgeable and kind. Who can ask for more in the healing process?
Excellent help!
I give Christine and crew 5 stars! Very informative and helpful! Feeling better everyday!
excellent people to work with
I received excellent care from Michael at the North Asheville location. His attention to detail is awesome!
Thorough care, friendly staff, and easy to get appointments at the times I needed them.
Dr Phillip Adams is a qualified, gifted therapist. My mobility and strength have improved greatly under his detailed and progressive therapy plan for me. Phillip is attentive and personable, and I am grateful to have been under his very capable care.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Dr Phillip, Kim and Andrea made my PT experience great.
Thanks!
Following a traumatic injury involving my right femur and my left radius I have been taken care of with expertise and loads of friendliness from the staff of Southeastern PT in Fairview.
Thank you!!
Very friendly and encouraging team of professionals. You can tell they love what they do and the people the work with. A great place to go if you need help healing.
Steady improvement in my shoulder has been a great comfort to me. Very conscientious care from my therapist has been the key and motivated me greatly.
Great folks to work with, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and truly caring.
I went here for PT after a total knee replacement revision. This location was recommended by neighbors. I was very pleased with my experience. The staff was very professional and friendly. My sessions got me to improve from hobbling along with a walker to going back to my exercise classes at the gym. Great job by them all around!
Great group of people who care about
there patients.
Thanks!
This review is for the great physical therapy and assistance that is given to my mother at this facility. GREAT JOB!!!!!!
I had knee surgery in May. This place was recommended by a friend of mine. They really have helped me. They won’t let you give up. They will give you pointers on some things you can do at home. They staff is very friendly.
These folks are experts, friendly and helpful. They took me from painful and limited motion to excellent function in 6 weeks! Highly recommended.
Thanks!
Very friendly.
This is a great Therapy Team. They go above and beyond for each individuals care.
Thank You !!!!
Feel welcome when you walk in
The utmost in care and compassion for their patients.
The staff is wonderful! Extremely professional and very friendly. I am very grateful that I am receiving PT there.
I always leave feeling a little better than when I got there. Great people 👍💪
I am a new patient/client of theirs, having just had my 2nd session. I was recently diagnosed with degenerative disc disease with potential for falls. Carolina Spine PA had recommended physical therapy. In my observation there, all the therapists are very knowledgeable in what is the best therapy for each individual. As time goes on with all my planned sessions, I hope to learn to manage my pain & prevent any more falls. All the therapists are super friendly & makes you feel very welcomed during each visit.
Everyone that I have had dealings with has been really nice. They exhibit a level of expertise that is reassuring that my health issue will improve. These folks know what they are doing! Caring, personable and thorough.

So happy with my treatment at the Hazelwood office. The staff are kind and positive and push you to continue to improve.
Julie is very knowledgeable and experienced.
Compassion and care is what you will get at hope. Dr Burke is a wonderful doctor. The staff from the time you enter until you leave treat you with respect and courtesy.
Such Kind And Capable Staff! Very Caring And Understanding! They Helped Me Get My Tens Unit, Thanks To Maggie, And The Young Man Was So Carry, He Even Walked Me To My Car! I’m Looking Forward To My Next Visit ! Loved Them!
Following a traumatic injury involving my right femur and my left radius I have been taken care of with expertise and loads of friendliness from the staff of Southeastern PT in Fairview.
Great Experience recovering from a back injury. Maggie was great at guiding me through recovery and letting me know what to do at home to help in that. All staff was super friendly and welcoming.
The people at Southeastern Physical Therapy have made me feel comfortable fast! I was so nervous about starting PT, but Maggie and everyone else have made it easy to feel safe and capable. I will continue coming here, and I really enjoy it too! They’re personable and easy to like.
Lucas is the best! Knowledgeable and I trust him completely. He has been a major reason I have made such incredible progress after two hip replacements. Highly recommend this team.
Great place for your physical therapy needs. Highly recommend!!
The staff are awesome. They work together as a team and you get a great plan of care. Fantastic place if you need PT.
Went for physical therapy after an injury at work, it helped some and the staff was great but I still had some issues so I had surgery. Went back after surgery and it definitely helped, gained some strength back, I’m still healing but pt helped a whole lot to get me to where I am now. Thank you Travis!
My experience was very positive. The therapist was very gentle, kind and friendly and the therapy really helped relieve my pain. The receptionist was very kind and helpful as well. I highly recommend Southeastern Physical Therapy to anyone who’s had a debilitating injury.
I have visited 3 times and each time it’s been an encouraging experience as I work through my therapy. Travis has been considerate of my abilities and helped me move forward as I recover.
Therapist is caring & friendly. Tech & other staff are too. Feel welcome when you walk in
This is my 2nd time utilizing the talents at this clinic.. and I’m beyond grateful for the attention this team shows their clients.. not only do I feel better after each visit.. I look forward to going just to see their smiles and enjoy their winning personalities.. I can’t thank Tyler, Lucas and Danny enough for getting me back to where I need to be so quickly! You guys are the real MVPs.
The guys are very nice, caring professionals. I got very sick on my first visit and Walter couldn’t have been nicer. He got me a cold pack and a wet cloth for my face and neck. If you need physical therapy I highly recommend Southeastern Physical Therapy.
I have been a patient since middle of August. The therapist are wonderful, so is all the supportive staff. They truly care about you and want to help you get back to your maximum potential. Their all very friendly. The facility is very clean and organized. Staff clean equipment immediately after a patient is done using it.
Have only had the PT evaluation, but it was thorough, and completed by a knowledgeable therapist. Highly recommend!
Christine and her assistants are very professional and care completely about my health.
Christine is amazing to work with. I truly appreciate the dedicated time and attention with each visit. Plus the icing machine and tens therapy after the session is the bomb diggity. Highly recommend.
Easy to schedule. Excellent care. Patients are made to feel like part of the family!
Christine is professional and knowledgeable and kind. Who can ask for more in the healing process?
I give Christine and crew 5 stars! Very informative and helpful! Feeling better everyday!
Christine is amazing! She takes the time to get to the root of the problem and sets up a clear plan for therapy both in the office and at home. Her staff is also extremely personable and friendly making office visits pleasant! I would not go anywhere else for physical therapy!
